台灣各類簽證申請資格Eligibility for Different Types of Taiwan Visas

以外國人身分投資設立資本額至少台幣50萬的公司，再聘雇自己擔任公司經理人，透過經理人申請工作許可；取得工作許可後，再申請應聘簽證，入境或在台轉換後辦理外僑居留證（ARC），此簽證有效期通常為1至3年。

Foreign nationals may apply for a Self-Employed Work Visa by investing in and establishing a company in Taiwan with a minimum paid-in capital of TWD 500,000. After the company is formed, the foreign investor may appoint themselves as the company manager and apply for a work permit under that position. Once the work permit is approved, the applicant may apply for an employment visa and, after entering Taiwan or changing visa status in Taiwan, apply for an Alien Resident Certificate (ARC). The visa is usually valid for 1 to 3 years.

以外國人身分在台開設資本額至少20萬美元的公司，負責人可以申請投資居留簽證。

Foreign nationals who invest in and establish a company in Taiwan with a minimum capital amount of USD 200,000 may apply for an Investment Residence Visa as the responsible person of the company.

游牧簽證適合那些希望在台灣自由工作的專業人士。證明其具備穩定的收入來源，並能夠在不依賴當地工作的情況下維持生活。

The Digital Nomad Visa is suitable for professionals who wish to work freely while staying in Taiwan. Applicants must demonstrate that they have a stable source of income and are able to support themselves without relying on local employment in Taiwan.

覓職簽證專為希望在台灣尋找工作機會的外籍人士設計。申請者需具備大學學歷，並能證明其在台灣有潛在的就業機會。

The Job-Seeking Visa is designed for foreign nationals who wish to look for job opportunities in Taiwan. Applicants must hold a university degree and be able to demonstrate potential employment opportunities in Taiwan.

申請條件Application Requirements

1.符合以下條件之證明（任一）/Proof of meeting one of the following conditions:

• 有工作經驗者，近六個月內之月平均薪資或報酬高於新台幣47971元證明/For applicants with work experience: proof that their average monthly salary or compensation in the past six months exceeded TWD 47,971
• 畢業一年內且無工作經驗者，教育部公告之世界大學排名前一千五百名大學畢業之證明/For applicants who graduated within the past year and have no work experience: proof of graduation from a university ranked among the top 1,500 universities in the world, as announced by the Ministry of Education

2.新台幣10萬元以上或等值之財力證明/Proof of financial capability of at least TWD 100,000 or the equivalent amount in foreign currency

申請台灣永久居留證需要滿足多項條件，包括在台合法居住滿五年且每年居住超過183天。此外，申請者需具備穩定的經濟來源及良好的品行紀錄。申請時需提交居留證明、收入證明及無犯罪紀錄等文件。永久居留證持有者享有與台灣公民相似的權利，但不具投票權。

The Taiwan Permanent Resident Certificate is designed for foreign nationals who have legally resided in Taiwan for a certain period of time and meet the relevant residency and eligibility requirements. In general, applicants must have lived in Taiwan continuously and legally, maintained sufficient physical presence each year, and be able to provide supporting documents such as proof of residence, financial evidence, and a clean criminal record. Permanent residents in Taiwan enjoy rights similar to those of Taiwanese citizens, except for voting rights.

申請條件Eligibility Requirements

(一)外國人在我國合法連續居留五年，每年居住一百八十三日以上，或居住臺灣地區設有戶籍國民，其外國籍之配偶、子女在我國合法居留十年以上，其中有五年每年居住一百八十三日以上/A foreign national who has legally and continuously resided in Taiwan for five years, staying for more than 183 days each year, may apply.
Alternatively, the foreign spouse or children of an ROC national with household registration in Taiwan who have legally resided in Taiwan for more than ten years, including at least five years with residence of more than 183 days each year, may also apply.

(二)外國專業人才在我國從事專業工作，合法連續居留五年，平均每年居住一百八十三日以上，或是有下列情形之一，得申請永久居留/A foreign special professional who has engaged in professional work in Taiwan and has legally and continuously resided in Taiwan for five years, with an average stay of more than 183 days per year, may apply for permanent residence.
A foreign special professional may also apply for permanent residence if they meet one of the following conditions:

1.在我國合法連續居留三年，平均每年居住一百八十三日以上。/They have legally and continuously resided in Taiwan for three years, with an average stay of more than 183 days per year.

2.在我國合法居留一年，且居住一百八十三日以上，最近一年之國內薪資及執行業務所得達新臺幣六百萬元以上。/They have legally resided in Taiwan for one year and stayed for more than 183 days during that year, and their domestic salary income and professional income for the most recent year reached at least TWD 6 million.
